Overview
As a Senior Compensation Consultant the role will provide compensation consulting for a named group of Business Units and play an integral part of our compensation evolution to include but not limited to; align compensation across the organization, consult with Business Units regarding all aspects of compensation, and be a key partner with other HR members. The consultant will have horizontal responsibility for Line of Business Compensation consulting, career framework leveling, ensuring alignment regarding all aspects of compensation across the bank, and incentive plan design.
This is a remote role in North Carolina
Responsibilities
Work with the broader HR Community teams to ensure compensation programs align with business objectives, are effective in attracting, rewarding, and retaining talent and are fully compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.Partner with Business Unit Leaders on compensation planning, strategy, market research, industry insights, and assist in the education of compensation across the Bank.Other duties may include: Core team over annual merit process, job evaluation and market pricing, career framework configuration, internal/external audits, regulatory compliance, survey participation, and ongoing finance accrual and budgets.Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of experience in Compensation, or Human Resources, or Finance OR High School Diploma or GED and 11 years of experience in Compensation, or Human Resources, or Finance

Sales compensation experience. Strong financial acumen.Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification.
