About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Commercial Collections Representative in Wells Fargo Vendor Middle Market as part of the Wholesale Lending Operations division. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com .
In this role, you will:
Manage, review and negotiate a high risk portfolio consisting of complex delinquent loans of high level collateralized accounts which require special handling and analysis
Understand company policies and procedures and execute without issue
Assist in setting performance standards, and recommend process or policy improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to less experienced individuals
Make decisions and resolve issues to meet business objectives
Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Interact with internal customers
Receive direction from leaders
Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Commercial Collections experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:
Commercial Collections experience
Customer Centric mindset
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to identify root-cause issues/improvement opportunities, and design approaches/programs/products to improve overall quality assurance
Knowledge and understanding of collections operations: compliance and governance oversight
Leadership skills with the ability to train and lead others
Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Ability to assess current processes/procedures and make recommendations for efficiency
Experience resolving and working through escalated and complex customer issues
Ability to recognize and escalate issues to management for any process breaches
High-volume outbound call experience
Experience with InfoLease and Artiva systems
