You'll Get To: Develop and implement a customized Program Management Plan to meet Clients' safety program objectivesBe the main point of contact for the Client from deployment through to renewalBuild positive relationships resulting in elevated levels of client engagement with assigned accountsDuring deployment design and configure the platform to meet the unique needs of the client and ensure it contributes to solving their issuesAct as a subject matter specialist and consult on topics including organizational change, communication strategy, risk management, coaching techniques and moreWork cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution of installations, training and customer supportBuild and deliver effective onsite and web-based training and standard process presentationsPresent data analytics highlighting program performance and financial metrics to executive levelProvide day-to-day support to Safety LeadersPartner with Account Team on expansion opportunities and renewal effortsWork to mitigate churnServe as a point of escalation for Client issues & internal team needsDeliver high levels of customer satisfactionContribute to the development and improvement of internal processes & consulting strategyAssist in running or leading special projects as neededWhat you'll need: Bachelor's degree, or equivalent years of experience desired5 - 7 years' experience in an account management role within a fast-paced, commercial products or SaaS environmentRobust emphasis on customer satisfaction and problem resolutionExperience working with decision makers within an organizationProficiency in working with numbers and expert skills with Microsoft ExcelAbility to effectively present key performance metrics to executives and create solutions that drive significant valueGreat organizational skills for customer and product informationExcellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly strong persuasion and negotiation skillsStrong technical savvy; ability to learn technical products quickly and work effectively with both technical and non-technical teamsProven success running sophisticated projectsExperience with managed services, trucking, and fleet industry is highly preferredAbility to travel 10 - 15%Benefits:Medical, dental and vision insurance Health Savings AccountFlexible Spending AccountsTelehealth401(k) and 401(k) matchLife and AD&D insuranceShort-Term and Long-Term DisabilityFTO or PTOEmployee Well-Being program11 paid holidays plus 1 inclusive holiday per yearVolunteer Time OffEmployee Referral programEducation Reimbursement ProgramEmployee Recognition and Appreciation programAdditional perk and voluntary benefit programsSalary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring salary for this position is:
$89,750.00 - $113,250.00
