　　Main Tasks主要职责

　　Cooperate with Management team to implement plant financial strategies incl.Plant mid-term and long term planning; Optimize plant cost structure; set and monitor KPI targets; lead CRP activities

　　协助管理层制订及实施工厂财务战略指标,如 中长期财务规划, 优化成本结构, KPI 设定等Lead manufacturing cost calculation, profitability analysis for internal cost control. Reviews and analyses the manufacturing cost, drive Plant PCC cost statrgy and improvement projects implementation.

　　主导用于内控的制造成本计算和盈利能力分析监控分析制造成本,指导成本优化策略及推进Define and implement Finance Goes Digital projects , improve Controlling automation and effeciancy

　　指定财务数字化转型策略及项目实施, 促进财务控制自动化及高效化Support Plant Cash Flow Management, coordinate with Business Areas for cash-flow improvement

　　支持工厂现金预测及管理,协调各业务单元不同部门做到优化现金管理等目标Review and Optimize overall plant process the compliance of internal control process, participant in external and internal auditing, enhances the efficiency of business processes.

　　监督公司运作符合内部控制的规定,参与外部和内部审计,努力提高公司商务运作效率Provide necessary support and training to other functions to reach the overall objective.

　　对其他部门给予必要的财务支持及财务知识培训Additional Information

　　Assist Plant to achieve it's overall Strategies. Generate, maintain the internal control procedure and monitor the conformity of internal control process.

　　Qualifications

　　Education 教育程度

　　Prefer but not limted on Bachelor degree or above, majored in accounting, finance or international business administration支持但不仅限于本科以上学历,会计金融或国际商务管理专业

　　Professional Experience & skills 工作经验及技能

　　Intrested or experienced on operational/cost controlling; 对工厂或成本控制有兴趣或经验Intermediate Accounting Level above preferred; 中级会计以上证书优先Good oral and writing English; 英语口语及书写能力良好Good computer skills. 良好的计算机技能.
