Analyzes business requirements/functional designs to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints. Designs software systems.
Responsibilities
Work closely with Human Resources and other Equinix stakeholders to understand business requirements related to integration requests and execute them through successful implementation and testingDesign and develop integration between Workday, Payroll, Benefits provides and various HR Boundary systemsParticipate in projects and ensure coverage of all facets of design, development, testing, and a successful end-user experienceBuild productive relationships with the IT Global team, including BSAs, developers, and infrastructureBuild productive relationships with the HR Global organizationBuild and manage productive relationships with the various systems vendors and customer representativesAnalyze and determine application and interface solutions, understand application functionalityPerform system set-up, configuration, testing, and support day-to-day systems and interfaces issuesProvide production support for Workday by debugging and fixing integrationsStay current with industry and Equinix best practices and promotes opportunities for improvement through automationUtilize IT Software Development Life Cycle methodology and Agile as they fit the initiativeSupport internal and external systems audit initiativesManages enhancement and project releases for Workday Triages and troubleshoots issuesProvides status against plans and escalates issuesTraining and Change ManagementMay conduct research, pilot features and document and prepare recommendations for reviewDocuments configurations for future use and training Day to Day Support (Production Support)
Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of Workday technical experience developing integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, XSLT and EIBsMinimum of 2 years of Workday functional experience in configuring and debugging business processes, validation rules, calc fields, report writing and system securityMinimum of 1 years of Project lead experience7+ years of work experienceExcellent knowledge of HR, Payroll systems and ability to take the lead as the business systems analyst on HR Systems including Workday and ADPAcute understanding of business systems analysis and how to apply it to complex solutionsGood understanding of HR, Payroll and related Finance business processes, systems and their inter-dependenciesBachelors Degree in Information Systems or related areaAbility to balance business requirements, compliance regulations, and technology capabilities for global projectsAbility to provide leadership on projects to other Business AnalystsOutstanding communication skillsAbility to skillfully influence without authorityAbility to build and work with cross-functional teams across the organizationAbility to effectively manage confidentiality of informationAbility to quickly learn new systems, processes, and technologyPreferably Workday HCM and Integration certifiedPreferably knowledge of middleware platforms - Tibco or Boomi or SnaplogicPreferably knowledge of Anaplan
