　　Partners with Business Groups to ensure delivery of applications aligned to the business and IT strategy, as well as the support of those applications. Works with Business Groups to define their global IT requirements and to analyze appropriate solutions. Manages projects from inception to completion with matrix, global teams.

　　Proven track record of strong functional leadership, consistently fostering collaboration, innovation and excellence within teams to achieve exceptional results and drive organizational successBuilds productive relationships with a global IT teams, including BSAs and developersUnderstands the business requirements and designs solutions that interface with all key applicationsParticipates in cross-functional stakeholder communications, sends status reports by preparing materials, facilitating sessions and documenting outcomesCollaborates with senior BSAs, architects and technical team for design, developmentTranslates business requirements and processes into system solutionsDesigns forward looking configurations by recognizing future needs aligned with the business roadmapHelps drive and execute functional design, testing, change management and end user acceptance for projects and enhancements as neededAnalyzes requirements to determine appropriate solution designs considering capabilities, limitations and design trade-offsWorks with relevant teams to support day-to-day systems and interfaces to resolve issues related to existing solutionsDocuments implementation considerations, data models, workflows, process maps, etc. as requiredWorks with consultants and/or offshore resources in multiple time zones in support of the scrum team's development workActively researches new technology trends and shares insights with the teamHelps solve technical issues for our business partners by troubleshooting and engaging with the team for a resolutionKnows business environment well enough to identify and proactively include the correct stakeholdersSupports team in identifying and defining relevant documentation templates pertaining to solution deliveryCoordinates integration testing, validates test cases with stakeholders for user acceptance testing and trainingCoordinates defects clarification, triages and coordinates resolution with engineering teamsExperienced with Agile (Scrum) methodology for project implementationMay perform other duties as assigned

　　Qualifications

　　7+ years' experience in a Business Systems Analyst focus on Oracle Financials supporting cross-functional business units globallyBachelor's Degree in Information Systems or equivalent experienceStrong analytical skills in analyzing complex problems, processes, and systems to propose solutionsAbility to document and prototype business use cases and data flowsAbility to quickly learn new systems, processes, and technologyExcellent written/verbal communication skillsDesign and implementation experience with Oracle E-business suite and various Oracle financial modulesStrong hands-on experienceSolution design to business problems and enhancement requestsExperience in analyzing business requirements for all Finance related processes.Oracle Cloud Finacial knowledge desirableExperience with Project Management tools and methodology a plusProven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and drive delivery and execution
