Overview
Lead analytic efforts, deliver strategic insight, and act as a technical expert for Salesforce-based and related commercial systems within the Bank. Using Salesforce, understands the sales process, roles and CRM features and functions such as Opportunities, Leads, Activities, Campaigns, Forecasting, Territory Management, Reports & Dashboards, Email Integration, Telephony, Sales Engagement, Einstein Activity Capture, Sales Console, and Salesforce Meetings. Perform at the highest level of service complexity in support of system operations, performance, and usage. Analyzes the business, developing specifications to implement new capabilities and resolve process issues. Serves as a resource to wider business units or associates. Source, compile, and interpret data. Perform data analysis at the most advanced level, effectively communicating and directing analysis output. Determine system requirements and communicate them through the use of specifications, reports, project plans, or other forms of documentation. Determine and resolve complex factors that affect system processes. Ensure compliance through monitoring and analysis. Enable strategic insight into business systems through reports to senior management. Evaluate systems based on data analysis, user input, and extensive testing. Convey patterns, problems, and areas of improvement, and develop process enhancements based on results. Provide expert technical support for systems by responding to inquiries, ensuring processes run smoothly, and working to continuously improve the end-user experience. Handle escalated and complex support issues. Develop and implement modifications and enhancements. Serve as an analytics resource to wider organization or business units, offering expertise on systems and data output. May work remotely pursuant to First Citizens' Remote Work Guidelines policy.
Qualifications
Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Business Economics, Data Management, or a related field of study plus six (6) years of experience in the job offered or six (6) years of experience as a Business Consultant, Systems Support, or Analyst, or Operational Support, or a related occupation. Alternatively, the employer will accept a High School Diploma/GED plus ten (10) years of experience in the job offered or ten (10) as Business Consultant, Systems Support, or Analyst, or Operational Support, or a related occupation.
Position requires experience in advanced data analytics. Requires experience in advanced computer software. Requires experience with Commercial Lending or Credit technologies and business processes. Requires experience with Salesforce. Requires experience working in an Agile environment. Requires experience with professional software engineering and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) best practices with a focus on system analysis, business system requirements, process workflows, system integrations, and system documentation. Requires experience leveraging technology to improve business processes and workflows. Requires experience identifying and documenting key areas requiring attention and improvement. Requires experience translating business needs to technical scope and requirements. May work remotely pursuant to First Citizens' Remote Work Guidelines policy.
