As a Sr. Business Strategy Specialist, you will work closely with senior business leaders and stakeholders to draft and facilitate key components of the annual business planning process for Capital Group Private Client Services (CGPCS). You will draft and manage reoccurring reporting packages for different audiences and coordinate timely delivery of business results. You will actively monitor, measure, and report progress against priorities, while identifying potential areas of risks and opportunities. You will partner with Insights & Analytics, Global Finance, and other cross functional partners to analyze key business trends, identify gaps, and develop recommendations. You will provide project management and product support for initiatives with significant scope, complexity, and ambiguity, using a broad toolkit of analysis and project delivery methods.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, or other business related degreeExperience (7+ years) in Financial Services industry (wealth management or investment management industry preferred)Proven ability to work collaboratively across senior leadership and cross functional teams towards the achievement of a common goalExcellent communication, presentation, persuasion, and interpersonal skillsAnalytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions and measure successProven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Southern California Base Salary Range: $116,974-$187,158
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
