Product Management team is in charge of strategic planning, product management and bids management for all Garrett turbo business units globally (>$3B annual revenue). We are looking for a dynamic data-driven analyst to join the team and support our Marketing Director. This is a global position where the selected candidate will have to interact with multiple functions (Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Finance, Supply Chain...) all across the world. This is a high visibility position where work will be presented up to executive level.

Main Responsibilities:
Product Planning: 3-Year Bids/STRAP/AOP
Regular refresh of 3-Year Bids plan with each Customer Team in support of 10-Year Strategic Plan (STRAP) and Annual Operating Plan (AOP). This consists in organizing reviews to collect technical and commercial data related to business bids for the years to come and making sure all agreed follow-up actions are implemented. Analysis of volume, revenue and margin per market, segment and product family. Support Product Portfolio management process.
Bids Management
Conduct price walks to support global Customer Teams in the preparation of Price Quotation Forms (PQFs) for business bids. Maintain database of parameters for awarded and bidding programs. Maintain database of key cost reference points. Enhance offline price walks tool to reflect latest industry developments and to improve user-friendliness. Develop and deploy price walks tool across Business Units and regions.
Executive monthly review (Motion Week) preparation
Prepare monthly dashboard with commercial and financial KPIs with focus on top business bids for the year. Lead IT team to maximize automation of data collection from customer management and marketing databases. Coordination with PowerBI team Liaise with global Customer Teams to ensure all information in customer management and marketing databases is up-to-date for top business bids. Monitor monthly Sales Plan and analyze deviations vs. previous months and Annual Operating Plan (AOP). Prepare performance demonstrators dashboard.
Product Marketing/Misc.
Support Marketing Director on day-to-day basis depending on business priorities. Maintain database with Value Propositions for all GBEs. Support marketing assessment and business cases of NPOs and NPIs (New Product Opportunities/Introduction). Work hand-in-hand with Commercial Excellence, Platform Cost, Finance, Product Portfolio, Strategic Marketing and Marketing Communication analysts. In charge of data quality for all marketing, commercial and financial databases (for relevant scope). Be the go-to-person for data queries and volume analyses as support to other functions.
YOU NEED:
BS or MS in Engineering, Business or Finance 3 to 5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Engineering, Business or Finance in an industrial environment (Automotive or Commercial Vehicle experience preferred) MS Excel expert user (macros/VBA modelling appreciated) Experience working with cross-functional teams in an international environment (communication/influencing skills) Experience with SFDC and PowerBI appreciated
