Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to join the Voice of Customer (VOC) Analytics & Listening team within the Enterprise Customer Excellence Data & Analytics (CEDA) department. This team is responsible for analyzing data from customer touchpoints and interactions to develop and implement analytic solutions to identify opportunities to increase efficiencies and improve the customer experience.

In this role, you will:Support operations or demand management initiatives for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business.Lead complex initiatives including establishing marketing programs for new products or enhancements and define User Stories.Work independently to make recommendations for improving the customer experience through support functions.Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience.Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures.Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners.Provide leadership in resolving complex prioritization and capacity management issuesImplement change delivery solutions for the portfolio's technology process work of low to moderate complexity.Manage or contribute to overall model and non-model pipeline and development roadmap.Coordinate deployment and handoffs with the Product Management team for Annotation and Demand Requests.Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives, specifically related to language models.Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations.Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business.Function as a product owner, managing deliveries, creating stories, and representing every aspect of the NLP solutions developed as components in the Voice of the Customer suite of analytical and business facing solutions.Required Qualifications:4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.Desired Qualifications:Demonstrated experience in project management, specifically managing applied analytic initiatives. Experience managing AI/ML initiatives preferred.Familiarity with agile methodologies and the ability to adopt to evolving project requirements.Experience managing JIRA boards and executing on established acceptance criteriaAbility to communicate complex, technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Self-directed and works well in highly matrixed environments.Basic understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts.Proficiency in risk management and problem solving in the context of applied analytics and AI/ML.Experience collaborating with and managing data scientists, data engineers, and technology professionals in the creation of models, data pipelines, and automated solutions.Experience using JIRA as a tool and Agile as a framework, with an understanding of data flow and systems, including a familiarity with model lifecycle and policy frameworksExperience collaborating and consulting with managers, stakeholders, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery team to resolve issues and achieve project goalsExperience ensuring projects follow demand management and garners other approvals for deployment; obtains exceptions, policy variations or pilot statusExperience with control execution and system of record applications (Nexidia, Indigo, QTT, SHRP)Experience with quality assurance or quality control processesProven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage project timelines.Ability to operate in a very fast paced environment with continual changeStrong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing project artifacts.Job Expectations:
