Experience in Compliance discipline should involve full time engagement with International Regulations of major marketsDemonstrate collaboration, negotiation, communication and influencing skillsExperience in Compliance discipline should involve engagement with International Regulations of major marketsBeing able to work as individual contributor and work effectively under management directionSupport a team of risk professionals located in multiple cities providing support to WFI&P teams and other Wells Fargo business units also located in multiple citiesJob Expectations:Responsible to execute effectively the day-to-day compliance requirements related to either Consumer Lending line of business or at Enterprise level and provide advisory feedback either as part of daily work or as and when requiredSupport Compliance Risk Management Program (RRM) of the Wells Fargo at Enterprise or Business levelPerform:Compliance risk review, assessmentsTesting and Validation of ControlsMonitoring, Reporting and AnalysisQuality Assurance(QA) reviewsWhile working with business, Legal function, or other WFI&P/Onshore partners as necessaryParticipate in delivery of functional training to new/junior team membersPerform periodic compliance risk reporting and analysis to business partners for effective tracking and reporting of risk items and issuesPartner and work closely with other teams/team members (including onshore partners) having interdependencies to ensure seamless delivery of the responsibilitiesParticipate in all new RRM initiatives/changes roll-out program and required awareness program for LoB teams supportedPosting End Date:
