　　The Role:

　　We are seeking Senior Business Development Representatives to join our German team. The Senior Business Development Representative's main focus is to identify, create and develop new enterprise business opportunities in new accounts for 2-5 Account Executives in specific territories in the DACH region.The work you’ll do:

　　Prospect into strategic business accounts via cold call, email and social strategies Drive sales growth and pipeline through holding meetings, qualifying target personas and giving demos Handing over sales opportunities to Account Executives Maintain and organize an annual book of business Be a subject matter expert and evangelist of the Celonis Execution Management System Produce creative strategies for targeting decision-makers at prospect accounts in order to book and hold sales appointments and influence company revenue The qualifications you need:

　　A BA/BS from a top university or equivalent 1-2 years of experience of sales or business development in a SaaS organisation Excellent written/verbal communication skills High energy and positive attitude Able to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively Able to take initiative Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment A self-starter who is dedicated, hungry, and driven to succeed – a true out-performer Fluent in German and English What Celonis can offer you:
