Job Description Purpose
Hire a motivated, and a self-driven individual in the role of a Senior Analyst with an analytical/technical/problem solving skillset to lead & support Visa's Business Continuity program.
Required Responsibilities
Identify & lead automation/digitization opportunities in Operational ResilienceManage Operational Resilience data systems/needs ensuring data quality & accuracyOversee & maintain the highest levels of data competency, accuracy standards and reporting for Operational Resilience dataExpertise in Operational Resilience Systems/Mass Notification Systems such as Fusion Risk, Everbridge etc.Rationalize, align, and enhance reporting with strong visualization, to help the business operations (create one stop shop for reporting)Champion Vendor Resilience program functional/technical/reporting requirementsSupport Business Continuity program activities such as Scoping, BIAs, BC plan updates, Exercises and program close out.Participate in annual program by taking on BC annual program deliverables as assigned.Lead business requirements gathering and translate them to convey messaging across technical and business domainsCreate & maintain documentation, functional requirements including workflows, user guides etc. for Operational Resilience ToolsLead end-to-end delivery of Operational Resilience Tools enhancements (develop project plan, gather requirements, develop enhancements, align with stakeholders, measure results, etc.)
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications Basic Qualifications:
5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD Preferred Qualifications:
6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhDOperational Resilience experience in Business Continuity, Crisis Management, Vendor Resilience, ITDR workspace is preferredStrong foundation in MS Office Suite: MS Office, MS Excel, & MS Power Point and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams)Experienced in relational databases (MySQL, SQL etc.)Well experienced in data analytics software (Power BI, Tableau)Exceptional project management and reporting skillsKnowledge of payments services, financial industry, or business continuity management highly desirableSelf-motivated and willing to utilize and learn new technology to solve problemsAbility to work in fast-paced, rapidly changing, and high-pressured environmentStrong interpersonal skills to influence and build credibility Personal presence and ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to management and staffExperience as functional member of Operational Resilience program (at Visa or similar entity) within the BC, Crisis Management or Vendor Resilience area. Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 118,500.00 to 154,000.00 USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
