Position Overview
Autodesk Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Business Consultant to provide consulting services to customers in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) domain. Many companies are faced with the demands of managing the volume and variety of information produced by digital processes. You will work directly with customers to offer consulting services around data management and analytics, transforming data into actionable insights. You will report to the Manager of Professional Services. You will be a fully remote role based in the US.

Responsibilities
Analyze models and customer processes for business insights.Assess customer and provide guidance on data strategy.Advise customers on data quality necessary to support decision-making.Develop methods for establishing metrics progress.You will demonstrate excellence in engagement planning, business process optimization, and communications.Lead the thought development around new and expanded data analytics offerings as part of a comprehensive consulting delivery portfolio.Attend all customer meetings and help lead workshops, reports on Technical Deliverables progress and status.Establish expectations on deliverables and quality and establish a QA/QC process.Facilitate resolution of issues related to deliverables.Ensure team dynamics and communication.Write documents including project schedules, summaries, procedure guides, process diagrams, flow charts, and best practices guides, agendas, and activity summaries.Advise in project cost estimating of proposed solutions, delivery methodology and work breakdown tasks.Validate analytical models through multiple relevant error metrics and calibration techniques.Perform multiple forms of advanced analyses, sustainment, optimization, text analytics, machine learning, parametric and non-parametric statistical models and techniques.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering or related degreeYou have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in the AEC industryYou have at least 1-2 years of experience in applied data analytics for AECDemonstrated initiative and ability to guide decisions and get closure on recommendations and issues.You have Experience working with diversified technical, sales, and project management teams.You have At least 2 years of experience analyzing with data languages and platforms.Previous consulting experience including organizational change management.You have an understanding of BIM workflow process between Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Contractors and Autodesk products (i.e. BIM 360, Revit, Civil3D, Navisworks, and Infraworks)Recommended 1-2 years of experience working with BIM solutions, products, and standards.Experience with machine learning pipelines (Azure ML)

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $84,400 and $145,640. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
