　　Position Summary

　　The Senior Business Associate supports the Business e-Transformation (BeT) product by leveraging business knowledge, experience, and relationships to complete tasks that aid in the development, maintenance, and expansion of processes and tools designed as part of the BeT product. This will include but not be limited to collaboration with business subject matter experts and IT professionals, management of business logic, and troubleshooting and issue resolution.

　　Essential Job Responsibilities:

　　Acquire functional and strategic understanding of the BeT platform and use this knowledge to effectively champion the initiative across Early DevelopmentProvide maintenance support for various BeT platformsOptimize user support by assisting with troubleshooting and other user requestsCoach/mentor users and provide remediation training as requiredGather business requirements and facilitate process discussions impacted by the platformEnsure alignment of system updates across all relevant service linesLead maintenance and updates of BeT platform templatesInteract effectively with the IT team to translate business requirementsCritique completed development for alignment with business requirementsFacilitate meetings and effectively document and track actionsSupport development and reporting of business analytics from BeT platformsParticipate in brainstorming to overcome process and development challengesAssist with training and support of new system users as requiredReview and contribute to system testing and documentation as neededPartner to continually enhance user experience in the system

　　Minimum of 5-10 years direct CRO/pharma experience in a related fieldIn depth knowledge of BeT initiative and impacted systems, software, and toolsIn depth knowledge of study designs, regulatory requirements, and protocol developmentTechnological aptitudeExcellent communications skills with ability to adapt to needs of the audienceCapacity to be persistent while maintaining tact and exploring multiple points of viewDemonstrated ability to plan, multi-task, prioritize, and deliver to deadlinesAbility to work independently and within a teamStrong analytical skillsAptitude to influence and lead changeConfident decision making skillsDemonstrated ability to plan, multi-task, prioritize, and deliver to deadlinesPositive attitudeSense of urgency

　　Education:

　　Bachelor's degree in a scientific, business or related field and/or equivalent work experience gained within CRO/Pharma industry specializing within study direction, study co-ordination or project management.
