What You'll Be Doing:
Supplyframe, recently acquired by Siemens, is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in business analytics and intelligence to join our team to help innovate and deliver industry leading intelligence solutions.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work closely with key business leaders to help define and execute on Supplyframe's business vision and strategy for analytics and intelligence. In your role, you will help identify opportunities to improve / enhance our current analytics capabilities, but also help develop new solutions to drive / accelerate business growth through data and analytics. You will be responsible for defining the business requirements and working closely with stakeholders across the organization to successfully deliver to market.
The ideal candidate will be a self starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and strong hands on business analytics background.
I. Strategy:
Support the creation and execution of Supplyframe's business strategy for analytics and intelligenceDefine and steward the business roadmap for analytics. Conduct business analysis to define the target persona, product market fit, and total addressable market. Provide business recommendations through thoughtful consideration of business value and drive alignment with stakeholders. Work cross functionally across engineering, product management, and business to execute against the roadmap. Socialize roadmap to internal and external stakeholdersMonitor analytics trends / landscape in both the electronics industry, as well as across industries. Identify relevant trends and data sources to explore, pilot, and integrate into Supplyframe's data ecosystemContinuously enhance data analysis capabilities by staying current with industry best practices, tools, and techniquesDefine data governance and business processes for data usage
II. Execution:
Develop and execute data analytics project as required by businessPrototype and deliver new intelligence, insights, and reporting capabilities. Drive from concept, design, prototype, to production and adoption by the businessWork closely with Data Platform team to maintain and manage business user access and credentials for Supplyframe's analytics platformsTrain and provide support to business users on Supplyframe's data, analytics capabilities, and toolsManipulate and analyze complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sourcesCreate and maintain business documentation related to data sources, process, and methodologies to ensure data quality, consistency, and integrityCreate business requirements documentation for product management to deliver new analytics solutions / enhance existing capabilitiesMaintain and enhance existing reporting and analytics capabilities across the businessConduct ad hoc analyses as needed by the business
Who/What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Statistics, Economics or similar disciplines3 - 5 years of applicable experience in analytics, strategy, or business intelligenceIntermediate to expert knowledge in SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Google Analytics, AlteryxAbility to work with complex and large scale structured and unstructured data sets to analyze and extract business insightsDemonstrates attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborative across the organizationStrong understanding of data governance and ability to develop use cases and business requirements
Preferred, But Not Required:
An understanding of the global electronics supply chain.

The salary range for this position is $93,400 to $150,000 and is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
