KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accountable for establishing Scrum as defined in the Scrum Guide, helping everyone understand Scrum theory and practice, in your Scrum Team. Accountable for the Scrum Team's effectiveness, enabling the team to improve its practices, within the Scrum frameworkCoaching the team members in self-management and cross-functionality;Helping the Team focus on creating high-value Increments that meet the Definition of Done;Ensuring that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox Ensure all Scrum events take place regularlyReview on Daily basis the Sprint backlog for the items in progressEnsure the work items status in JIRA is updated by Team Document, track and monitor dependencies Provide updates at SoS weekly event with Team progress updates in Kendis Attend the Weekly SoS and provide updates, including dependencies, impediments to the teams Have the team's sprint review & demos Ensure all work items are closed (meeting the definition of Done) at before / end of Sprint Review & tag fix versions for all work items that are planned for release - Evidence in JIRA Document the learnings and showing continuous improvements from every sprint Measure & optimize workflow through WIP, Aging of Work Items Document, track, monitor & managing Risk Build quality in delivery - Evidenced through Defects reported by QAPrepare & participate in PI PlanningLead, train, and coach the team in its Scrum adoptionCommunicate with the stakeholders about Team's effectiveness in following the process & policies
