As a Senior Brand Manager for the CN Valorant publishing team, you will report to the CN Valorant publishing lead and also work closely with the global Valorant & Valorant Esports publishing team to represent the Valorant brand as a whole in CN.
Valorant is a global brand. You will partner with global and local across product, creative, production, communication, channel, operation, artists, producers, designers, agency to create, deploy, and lead industry-leading campaigns for Valorant in CN, while also making a global appearance.
Determine insights driven goals, develop research programs, and measurement plans in partnership with the insights/strategy team to achieve measurable outcomes that contribute to the meaningful growth of the game via publishing efforts. Work closely with Global Publishing and Tencent to define publishing vision/objectives, craft best-in-class local publishing strategies, initiate campaign briefs, and ultimately in driving a holistic cross-pillar player journey that encompass both global vision with local-resonated experiences Foster strong relationships and trusts with global stakeholder and local partners. Lead continuous evolvement of cross-team operation model to improve efficiency Create strong partnership with key channels/community to reach, attract and convert target players to Valorant
