Senior Billing Specialist

Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

We have an exciting opportunity for a Billing and Invoicing Specialist. The Billing Specialist will be responsible for the preparation and data input for financial transactions including billings and accounts receivable.
Some of the things you will be doing:
Mentor other billing specialists on the team To act as a central point of contact for billing related queries, including: investigating issues preparing client specific summaries and reports updating of special billing instructions Preparation and data input for client billings for ad hoc, quarterly and annual bills. Maintenance of client billing information in corporate systems. Conduct regular review and clearing of WIP and Pre-Bill balances. Assist with managing and completing the annual and quarterly bill run. Assist with improving and documenting the billing process. Manage the process of creating and clearing exception reports. Liaise with clients and relationship managers on the collection of unpaid invoices Liaise with the treasury team for the correct allocation of payments Monitoring debtor balances to ensure reduction in debtors' DSO. Manage ticketing system by assigning tickets to junior billing staff and all invoice requests from the business.

Bachelor's degree in accounting and/or 5 years of finance SAP ERP experience Experience developing billing processes/procedures Good understanding of business lines and fee structures Strong leadership capabilities Able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment Focus on client service and delivery Strong attention to detail Effective oral and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Ability to meet strict deadlines #LI-AM1
