  As a Senior Benefits Relationship Manager, you will be seen as a problem-solver and will bring innovative solutions to our client. You will work closely with the client and their partners to consult on and administer benefits to their population. You will bring with you benefits experience including Medicare and claims resolution. You will work closely with the client on complex and challenging benefits to ensure that client intent is met, that the benefit can be properly administered. You will also take the lead to develop new benefit capabilities, triage critical and complex issues, maintain critical policies, procedures, and work instructions, implement benefit process improvements, and participate in calls with the client and other benefit partners. This role will be responsible for all aspects of delivery to ensure client satisfaction. The Senior Benefits Relationship Manager will understand key HW domain fundamentals, possess extensive benefits knowledge including Medicare plans and rules and act as a main contact for client interaction.

   Project Delivery Management:

  Ability to exercise solid processional judgement in analyzing business issues and exploring resolution options and the ability to define problems, collect data, establish, facts, and draw valid conclusions.Manages the team with focus on project delivery and continuous improvement.Work with high profile participants, carriers, and other client vendors to resolve complex claim and access to care issues.Owns communication of escalations, risks, issues (including E&Os), and priorities across external and internal stake holdersDemonstrate solid understanding of client urgency and attentiveness to timeline requirements with the ability to work in a dynamic and changing work environment with quick turnaround.Effectively consults with clients on core delivery and new projects.Manage relationship by working directly with all levels of client contacts, attorneys, and high-profile participants.Implements and monitors standard operations practices for the client; adherence to and guides team on the use of best practices, improvement plans, and adjustments to operations staffing.Manages Customer Care resources to provide seamless participant resolution support with a focus on participant experience.Performs all assigned weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual tasks.

   Quality Management:

  Sets quality expectations and goals, collaborating with the team and other groups where appropriate. Identifies process and training improvements and manages projects with a focus on quality.Review teams' day to day work to ensure high quality delivery and avoid errors and escalations.

   Leadership:

   Preferred background and skills

  Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.Ability to quickly master and apply new concepts.Project and client management experienceStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsExcel - intermediate to advanced skill levelExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to facilitate effective

  Pay Transparency Statement: Alight takes into consideration a candidate's experience, education, certification/credentials, market data, internal equity, and geography when determining an offer for a successful employment candidate, and Alight does so on an individualized, non-discriminatory basis. Therefore, an offer may fall anywhere between the estimated minimum base salary for this role of $69,700.00/year (for full time employees) and the estimated maximum base salary for this role of $110,600.00/year (for full time employees). In addition to a base salary, this position may be eligible for a bonus and/or other incentive plans.
