  Job Description Your Career

  We are seeking a highly experienced JAPAC Senior Benefits Manager to lead our benefits program in the region and shape the future of our employee benefit offerings. This role will report to the Director, Global Benefits. As a Senior Benefits Manager at Palo Alto Networks, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing our employee benefits program. You will be responsible for ensuring that our employees receive competitive and attractive benefits packages, aligning with our commitment to their well-being. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and maintaining effective strategies to attract and retain top talent.

  Your Impact

  Be a vital part of the JAPAC People Team and Global Benefits team by supporting regional benefits programs including retirement and medical plans, PTO, Leave of Absence and other insured benefits for 13 countriesConduct market reviews across countries to ensure external competitiveness, and alignment to the company’s benefits philosophyManage employee escalations with vendors and brokers in regionCreate and execute an effective communications plan for renewals and important notices throughout the year (including detailed employee communications, working with brokers on country-specific presentations, etc.)Manage relationships and contracts with our benefit providers and advisors in various countries across the regionManage country insurance renewals including plan design changes, vendor onboarding and managementPartner with HR and Talent Acquisition to socialize and promote benefits programs in region Qualifications Your Experience

  Minimum of 8 years’ experience in design, analyses, socialization, and support of benefits  programs applicable to a high-growth, go-to-market, high-tech organization, across JAPACProven track record of managing benefit plans and providers in a global contextExperience with Excel and/or Google SheetsAbility to set, manage, and deliver compliant programs within a reasonable budget as well as make decisions and trade-offs based on holistic financial metrics You are detail-oriented, and have both left-brain and right-brain strengthsSuperior language, written and oral, communication skills requiredSense of humor and commitment to professionalismDynamic and team oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills, business judgment, strategic thinking, superior work ethicAble to work efficiently with cross-functional teams and manage numerous projects simultaneously under deadline pressureAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment across multiple time zonesAbility to demonstrate integrity and maintain confidentialityProject planning and execution for cross-functional initiativesComfortable with ambiguityQuick learner and an independent, proactive working style and curiousExperience with interpretation and applying local regulatory/statutory requirements for benefitsFluent in English with extraordinary presentation, written and spoken communication skills in English required Additional Information The Team
