The Senior Benefits Analyst is responsible for the administration and management of the organization's benefit plans for specific countries within the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region. The position involves a detailed working knowledge of employee benefits, policies, and procedures and the ability to review complex analytics to resolve employee and vendor issues and manage processes to completion. This position engages with third party vendors, payroll and legal.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist and lead all aspects of day to day administration of various employee benefit programs in EMEA and resolution of employee queriesCarry out reviews of vendor invoices as the need arises and processes vendor invoices (monthly, quarterly and annual) for timely paymentDevelop and review benefits communications strategy including new hire orientation materials, ongoing employee communications and annual enrolment communications.Work closely with senior benefits team on various projects to include implementation and redesign of plans, development of employee communication material and annual benefit enrolmentReview the company's benefit plans, policies, and procedures to ensure legal compliance with government regulations, including legislation such as GDPR
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, human resources, or related fieldA minimum of 5 years of experience working in employee benefits or benefits guidingSolid knowledge of EMEA legislation related to benefits administration and coordination with payrollProficiency with Microsoft Excel as well as other benefits technologies and systems used by the organizationPossess excellent analytical capabilities with deep experience in analyzing employee and third party vendor systems dataPractical knowledge working on issues and problems in a human resource or advising environmentFamiliar with a variety of HR concepts such as leave administration practices and proceduresAbility to balance multiple projects and assignmentsShown interpersonal skills
