The Systems Administrator role will give you a unique opportunity to work with a wide array of innovative technologies to solve exciting business challenges, stretch your critical thinking, and exercise your technical problem-solving skills. As an ideal candidate, you should be a high-performing team member with outstanding executive presence, strong audio/visual troubleshooting skills, and technical understanding of exponential technologies.
In this position, you will act as technology support for Greenhouse experiences and will be responsible for managing technology infrastructure (Crestron, Prysm, Pixera, IglooVision), exponential technologies (Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, Mixed Reality), and various software applications. A proactive and hard-working attitude will ensure your success. In this role, you will:
Support client engagements by ensuring technology needs are planned for, setup, tested, and supported throughout Greenhouse experiences Be responsible for all aspects of systems availability and oversee all technology configurations Maintain technology assets to ensure top performance and client readiness Provide white glove support and real-time troubleshooting for Greenhouse applications and systems Maintain an emphasis on operational excellence and continuous improvement of all technology processes and procedures Assist with creating documentation for technology assets and client demos Manage Greenhouse infrastructure (software and hardware) for demos and showcases Advise delivery teams on design elements associated with various technologies

Deloitte's Next Generation Greenhouse in Houston is a space designed to showcase cutting-edge technologies and provide a forum for innovation, insights, and ground-breaking research to help companies explore how they can take advantage of the art of the possible in a dynamic and changing business landscape.
The Next Generation Greenhouse in Houston primarily serves the Firm's program clients with an emphasis on Energy, Resources and Industrials given the Houston market. We integrate a suite of unique client focused and internal offerings called Labs into one dynamic space. Current and future Lab Offerings range from a suite of signature labs (each tailored to the individual client and delivery), to immersive technology showcases and demos (which can include multi-clients), to custom breakthrough experiences addressing innovation, leadership, strategy, transformation, transition and alignment, and ultimately to prototype digital solutions with clients. We provide an environment that fosters creativity and provides a powerful experience for both external and internal teams. Clients who engage in these experiences will uncover highly relevant insights and develop more successful approaches to complex challenges.
Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years (or 3 years with an advanced degree) in technology customer support, emphasizing technical infrastructure and exponential technologies. Technical Proficiency: Hands-on expertise in troubleshooting AV integrated technologies and repairing computer systems. Technology Skills: Direct experience with diverse technologies, such as networking, Windows, Apple iOS, Crestron systems, collaboration tools, AR/VR systems, and other in-room technologies.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent educations and or 3+ additional years of relevant professional experience/qualifications Communication Excellence: Possess executive presence coupled with strong written and oral presentation skills. Background in audio/visual and technical innovation methodologies Experience in the development of operational procedures, and an aptitude to develop performance measures to quantify service performance Experience supporting C-suite executives with technical and strategic needs of the business Ability to follow standards, processes, and procedures within the scope of Deloitte ITS Ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal formats to Deloitte leadership, clients, and vendors Experience in exponential technology applications, data analysis and visualization, or other technical expertise Experience fostering a cooperative team environment, and viewed as a "team player" who understands the culture and how to be effective in it Energy, Resources, and Industrials industry familiarity (e.g. Oil, Gas, Chemicals, Power, Utilities, Renewables, Manufacturing and/or Construction, etc.) Demonstrates a client-service attitude and aptitude
