KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate - Innovation Consultant to join KPMG Ignition within our Growth and Strategy organization.
Responsibilities:Support and/or lead workshop design, preparation, project management and facilitation for various executive-level client facing workshops; leverage facilitation techniques such as design thinking to effectively run client facing workshopsAssist with all aspects of project management for workshop success, including identifying and managing key stakeholders to involve preparing and/or collating necessary workshop inputs such as KPMG points of view or frameworks, proactively keeping the session on track and key people informed and prepared, and when needed, conducting research or coordinating with the offshore team to conductPrepare presentations and in some cases, help present research key findings and points of view to engage effectively with C- level executives in trends insights and workshopsCreate workshop debrief materials, synthesizing key takeaways from the workshop and putting them in the context of the client challenge or opportunityDevelop and manage project plans and financials; help manage and develop a sales pipeline, workshop and deliverable status tracking and data management, as well as create proposalsWork closely with KPMG Lakehouse teams to build the market as well as ensure operational excellence in the delivery of client experiences and serve as Ignition representative on all relevant tours or other venues; collaborate and work in an agile, adaptable, dynamic, fast-paced environmentQualifications:Minimum three years of recent experience in consulting / business execution; professional services experience is a plusBachelor's degree or above from an accredited college or universityStrong knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook; ability to learn new analytical and virtual collaboration tools such as Mural; aptitude to apply well developed research and analytical skills to find fact-based data, including "facts that matter most", using a broad array of resources and analytical toolsPassion in solving complex problems and comfort in collaborating with teammates; able to understand business challenges and construct meaningful workshop structures and materials to help enable the client to achieve a desired outcomeCapability to manage senior stakeholders and distill key points; able to deal with complexity and ambiguityExpected to be on-site at least three days per weekApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
