This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA - HYBRID.In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:Drive solutions for product improvement or new product development.Perform Business Analysis working with Business, Operations and Technology stakeholders.Document User Stories and validation scenarios.Track backlog of requirements to ensure that product changes accurately reflect client and business needs.Drive delivery of the backlog and outcomes with detailed understanding and close management of the backlog.Serve as a liaison between clients and internal groups and ensure product updates are completed on time, within budget, and to specification.Direct and control all work performed. Report and escalate progress/issues to management, as needed.Assist in developing detailed project plans and schedules projects, including goals, risks, and resource allocation.To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:Bachelor's degree and 5-10 years of total work experience.Custody, Asset Servicing and/or Financial Industry experience is required.Established background in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams using Agile methodology.Proven experience in eliciting user stories and challenging requirements to ensure alignment with overall program objectives.Demonstrated experience in operational and business process redesign and documentation.Experience in addressing risk, compliance, and legal implications of changes to products.Proven knowledge of testing lifecycle for software development.Strong written and verbal communication skills required.Strong people management & leadership is required.At BNY Mellon, our inclusive culture speaks for itself.
