KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Lead Management to join our Marketing organization.
Responsibilities:
Identify and process MQLs in Salesforce, including the qualification, enrichment and distribution to business teams in an effort to improve conversion rates of MQLs and ultimately drive growth for the business
Improve the firm's lead scoring methodology around customer's engagement with marketing content across solution-based marketing campaigns
Partner with Sales and Campaigns Team using Salesforce Analytics Studio to analyze marketing campaign performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement
Maintain and monitor workflows and dataflows and optimize marketing automation processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness with Lead Management
Troubleshoot data synchronization issues between Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Analytics Studio, ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy
Support the development and optimization of new algorithms and data modeling mechanisms inside Salesforce
Qualifications:
Minimum one year of recent experience in a similar role, preferably at a large international organization, ideally Big 4, with exposure to cross-functional team
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
Hands-on experience with the following Salesforce products: Sales Cloud, Analytic Studio and Some experience preferred with any of the following products: Marketing Cloud, Journey Builder, SQL queries, Einstein, Google Analytics 360
Demonstrated aptitude for ROI and full marketing sales funnel reporting, data analysis, and problem-solving on a highly technical platform
Proficient in Marketing Analytics/Operations/Enablement and some experience in Sales Operations/Enablement
Strong project management skills; ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects with competing levels of priority and rigorous deadlines
