  KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate to join our Finance and Accounting group.

  Responsibilities:

  Oversee the federal billing records function for federal audit, tax and advisory practices

  Maintain an up-to-date understanding of federal billing requirements, specifically cost basis contracts

  Serve as key contact to partners, engagement teams, internal businesses and external clients regarding accuracy, timeliness and inquiries

  Prepare detailed account analyses and reviewing the appropriateness of transactions as well as reconciling Unbilled and Billed receivables

  Lead various ad hoc projects

  Qualifications:

  Minimum three years of recent experience working with federal contracts or billing, FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation), or CAS (Contract Administration Services), preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment; minimum three years of recent experience with financial analysis, reconciliation and reporting

  Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience

  Knowledge of 'T&M', 'FFP', 'Cost Plus' or 'Cost Plus Fixed Fee' contract billings on federal contracts

  Working knowledge of Deltek Costpoint Billing functions Version 8.0 or greater

  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications, with advanced Excel skills
