Job Summary

　　Labcorp is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Associate of Digital Commerce Operations to support our technology team in operations and maintenance of our commerce-related systems and platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of e-commerce and a strong background in managing operational components of a commerce platform such as coupon codes, store fronts, business validation testing and supporting applications. As the Sr. Associate of Digital Commerce Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful operations of our digital commerce platform supporting the growth and expansion of the solution.

　　Responsibilities

　　Create, track, manage a variety of coupon codes & electronic gift cards supporting our marketing and product strategy.

　　Support the development and launch of new products and assist with updates to existing products.

　　Support backend reporting and assist with documentation of technical audits of the platform.

　　Build and maintain multiple storefronts developed for various partnerships.

　　Understand and support ancillary ecommerce applications such as tax systems, payment & financial reporting systems, etc.

　　Conduct business validation testing in support of large product launches or system upgrades.

　　Collaborate with key stakeholders from Leadership, Digital, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to complete tasks as assigned.

　　Requirements

　　Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, marketing, or a related field.

　　Proven experience (3+ years) in ecommerce support role.

　　Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.

　　In-depth knowledge of digital commerce platforms, content management systems (CMS), and order management systems (OMS). Adobe Magento, AEM experience a plus.

　　Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

　　Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

　　Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically to address complex operational challenges.

　　Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey ideas and insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

　　Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving continuous improvement and achieving business goals.
