The Booking Holdings Inc. (BHI) Corporate Business Development department is responsible for generating, driving and leading our most complex and high impact partnerships. This includes maintaining relationships and negotiations which may be unconventional in nature, need a centralized advocate, and/or have broader implications to multiple BHI brands.
The Senior Associate, Corporate Business Development will report directly to the VP of Corporate Business Development and will be responsible for a wide range of functions supporting the department, including conducting industry/sector research, building/maintaining complex financial models, providing detailed financial analyses, providing strategy recommendations, building C-level presentations, engagement with prospective partners, and management of existing partners.
The successful candidate will have an outstanding blend of quantitative and analytical skills, comfort providing strategic insights and recommendations, and has the proven track record to work across stakeholders and departments to own outcomes. This is a highly collaborative role which requires a great communicator - someone who is customer oriented, exercises sound judgment and can create structure in ambiguous situations.

Responsibilities Drive and support critical initiatives that align with the long-term strategies of BHI and our brands Engage and establish relationships with Stakeholders across Booking Holdings Inc and our brands Develop C-level executive level presentations on strategy, priorities and impact, communicating recommendations in a clear, concise and impactful way Strong understanding of strategic, business, and financial concepts, tools, and frameworks; comfort with corporate finance and accounting principals Demonstrated ability to build and maintain sophisticated financial models, sensitivity analyses and pro formas leveraging extensive knowledge of formulas and shortcuts within Excel Successful project management experience in facilitating cross-functional, complex projects in a fast-paced environment and leading multiple project deadlines and priorities Ability to distill complex business issues and strategies to present insights and actionable recommendations in a concise and persuasive manner and influence stakeholders at mid to senior levels of the organization Expertise in technology, ideally in travel, e-commerce, retail, payments, and/or consumer-facing products is desirable Knowledge of SQL and other data gathering and analysis techniques is a plus Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in business or related field 3+ years of proven experience (management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, corporate development) ). Experience with top-tier management consulting firm a plus Strategic problem solver with a creative mind, who does not shy away from a challenge.
