Job Description
What You'll Do
Sprinklr’s Legal Department is looking for a Senior Compliance Associate to join the team. Reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer, this professional will help Sprinklr build and maintain best in class programs and assist in the day-to-day administration of Sprinklr’s global compliance program, proactive risk identification and management, and the development of a culture of ethical conduct. Based in India, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing function and to work on new legal, policy, and regulatory issues in a fast paced and high growth company.
Key responsibilities:
Addressing day-to-day compliance issues and questions related to Sprinklr’s compliance program, governance, and related controls.
Demonstrating an understanding of Sprinklr’s ethics and compliance program and leading, driving and embedding best practices across the organization
Managing, updating, and refining Sprinklr’s internal and external compliance documentation, including the development and maintenance of all Sprinklr governance.
Designing, implementing, and tracking company-wide training materials including new-hire training, annual refresher training, and ad-hoc training.
Developing and implementing data-driven analysis of risk to identify trends and insights, and to assess, measure, and maintain compliance with existing compliance frameworks.
Driving compliance program remediations and improvements identified from post mortems, investigations, and other assessments.
Addressing compliance issues by creating time-sensitive response guidelines to address and mitigate risk.
Participating in both third-party and internal compliance audits to evaluate whether Sprinklr's practices and procedures adhere to current laws and government regulations.
Contributing to the planning and development of compliance programs by tracking regulatory changes andconducting research on specific policies.
Assisting with third-party risk management and related conisderations, including due diligence.
Working closely with other cross-functional teams to meet ongoing obligations, including trainings, compliance and privacy operations (such as records of processing activities, audits, disclosures), and developing public documents to build and maintain trust, and product development.
Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified
Bachelor's degree, preferably in law, business administration, risk management, or a similar field.
2+ years of relevant corporate experience; prior experience working in compliance, risk management, or audit preferred.
Excellent project management skills with meticulous attention to detail, process, and ethics. We are looking for a team member with the proven ability to organize, plan and execute on multiple simultaneous deliverables, keep track of and prioritize competing demands, and deliver creative solutions to business, compliance, and product-related challenges.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly, collaboratively, and effectively.
Team-focused mindset and the ability to work with, foster, and maintain good business relationships both within all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.
Willingness to expand the range of job responsibilities as needed, based on the evolution of the Company and the role.
Eager, flexible learner who can take initiative and work independently.
Ability to maintain poise and a sense of humor in stressful situations.
Ability to research and analyze regulatory and compliance issues that may arise.
