Our client is a multinational universal bank and financial services holding company.
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years’ experience in production application support
Proficient relational database concepts’ knowledge
Advances beginner: Web, Desktop, Batch Applications architecture concepts’ knowledge
Advances beginner: Infrastructure concepts’ knowledge
First class Graduate in any discipline (Computer Science preferred) from a reputed university with a good background of software development/support
General IT infrastructure knowledge
Particular knowledge and experience with RedHat Linux, Windows, UNIX, WAS, SQL, CFT and MQ Series
File transfer - Open protocol, sftp, ftp and proprietary protocol (cft)
Good understanding of the ITIL norm especially Incident, Change and Request Management and practices
Web, Desktop, Batch Applications architecture concepts’ knowledge (Microsoft IIS)
Relational database concepts’ knowledge
Upper-Intermediate level of English, both spoken and written (B2+)
