Position Summary
As the Senior Analyst-Project Management and Executive Support, you will deliver project management and executive administrative support as a critical member of Pharmacy and Consumer Wellness (PCW) Human Resources team.
You will accomplish this through:
Leading and managing aspects of key projects to ensure the end state of the project and/or business operations help us deliver on key objective(s) and that all deliverable and due dates are met
Directly supporting the Senior Vice President, Human Resource Business Partner for PCW with meeting planning & management, expense management and overall organization
Proactively leading assigned projects by creating project timelines, identifying key milestones and additional resources needed to successfully complete the work
Planning and supporting complex meetings and events, managing all levels of detail including distribution lists, updating invitations, and running reports to help keep things current
Delivering executive administrative support to the SVP and several of his direct reports, including meeting planning and travel
Acting as a point of contact for urgent business needs and identifies issues for escalations, communicating and ensuring that the team is well informed
Soliciting and evaluating internal and external customer feedback to enhance continuous quality improvement.
Identifying gaps and recommending enhancements related to new and/or existing products, services and workflows based on a broad view of the organization.
Partnering to think differently regarding HR and operational issues, including acting as a thought partner and modeling creative problem-solving to impact business decisions
Required Qualifications
At least 3 years of overall relevant experience
At least 2+ years of Human Resources experience
At least 2+ years project management experience
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in communication and collaboration
Strong experience with MS Products (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and WebEx
Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$43,700.00 - $107,200.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
