The Product Management and Lending (PML) Business Unit is a fast-growing organization passionate about delivering U.S. consumers extraordinary payment products and outstanding experiences, from Proprietary and Cobrand lending products to innovative on- and off- card solutions.
The US Consumer Line Engagement & Income Capture team leads the product strategy and end-to-end customer experience for the Line Increase and Income Capture Programs, which are key drivers of spend and lend engagement with existing US Consumer Lending Cardmembers.
How will you make an impact in this role?
In this role, you will be responsible for driving lending strategy and growth by creating and delivering key product analyses and reporting to uncover actionable product insights. Working alongside various cross-functional stakeholders, including Marketing, Risk, Finance, Research, and Analytics, you will help support portfolio and performance management for the Line & Income Capture product portfolio. The successful candidate will have a strong aptitude for quantitative analysis and synthesize dashboard trends, various data reports, and competitive analyses to produce actionable business recommendations and hypotheses that will help shape program strategy and roadmaps.
Responsibilities:
Lead monthly product performance reporting, requiring synthesis from multiple data reports and dashboards
Lead product analytics, generating actionable, data-driven insights while leveraging data available in Big Data Platform via SQL/HQL to support initiatives and frame forward-thinking strategies across the Line & Income Capture portfolio
Use data analysis to identify and solve business questions; understanding key lending metrics and trends to connect the dots across multiple reports and data sources
Partner closely with key stakeholders including Marketing, Risk, Digital, Finance, Research, and Analytics to develop strategic cross-functional analytics projects and gain greater visibility into the end-to-end Line Increase and Income Capture data ecosystem
Support portfolio management efforts by actively participating in the review of end-to-end product performance and identifying new growth opportunities in collaboration with key partner teams
Clearly articulate and present portfolio findings and recommendations backed by analytics, garnering necessary buy-ins and support from leadership and partner teams
Qualifications:
Strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data analysis results and performance trends to drive actionable insights
Creative problem-solver with proven ability to synthesize and connect multiple data and financial analyses, customer research, and competitive intel to drive business recommendations
Detail-oriented with a track record of executing on cross-functional initiatives balancing multiple priorities and managing tight timelines
Great communicator with the ability to effectively and succinctly convey a strategy to multiple audiences, both orally and in written form
Positive , self-starter with courage to challenge the status quo
Bachelor’s Degree required
1 years of experience in SQL/HQL and data analytics
Prior experience in strategy or relevant industry experience preferred
Qualifications
Salary Range: $60,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually bonus benefits
