The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. The USCS team is focused on making membership an indisputable competitive advantage and helping each other become better leaders every day.
We are looking for a S enior Analyst – Product Development to join our Product Management and Lending team and help deliver and execute on an exciting vision.
How will you make an impact in this role?
You will help drive the product roadmap forward, execute on our key priorities, optimize, and expand our capabilities and products to provide Card Members with a best-in-class credit monitoring experience.
Help define and support execution of My Credit Guide’s Engagement product roadmap, priorities and growth opportunities
Support & lead the launch of new product feature sets & capabilities, partnering closely with cross-functional collaborators (product teams across the Enterprise, engineering, UX design & research, Analytics, Marketing and partner teams)
Develop a keen understanding of customer experience by researching & analyzing user experience, data & analytics to identify & quantify opportunity areas
Translate technical specifications into business instructions & guidelines for marketing & other product partners to ensure a very high standard of documentation
Effective project management of features to ensure timely launches with the highest degree of quality
Minimum Qualifications
Relevant experience required working as an Analyst/Senior Analyst within a digital product or development team
Previous experience managing end-to-end project execution within an agile environment
Proven experience working within a complex & matrix stakeholder environment is critical
Ability to effectively collaborate & build relationships across Enterprise levels
Significant experience building customer focused experiences and/or scalable global platforms
Excellent written & verbal communication skills with good attention to detail
Highly organized, self-starter, comfortable working in white space with minimal oversight
Passion for problem solving and learning complex systems and processes
Preferred Qualifications
Design thinking processes & methodologies to iteratively ideate, identify customer problems, create innovative solutions to prototype & test
Scaled agile processes & principles to effectively collaborate & prioritize in-conjunction with other product partners
A keen interest & understanding of user research, data & analytics
Qualifications
Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually bonus benefits
