Position Summary...
What you'll do...
Presents information to small or large groups and individuals. Usually in Excel or Powerpoint. Communicates effectively in person or by using email .Visually verifies information, requiring documented step by step processes (ideal candidate would have project management experience or experience creating and following documented SOPs) , often in Excel.Reads and validates information, often in small print.Creates documents, reports, etc., often in Word or Excel. Requires moderate to advanced understanding of Word (track changes) and Excel formulas Excel formulas that we use include "vlookup", "if", "if then", and "nested IF" statements, extensive use of pivot tables
Min Quals:
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 1 year's experience in human resources, operations, finance, or related area OR 3 years 'experience in human resources, operations, finance, or related area.
