　　In this role you'll work front and center to help define the future of our brand. Through rigorous analyses, focus on consumer & competitor insights, problem solving, creative thinking, and partnership with other functions across the business, we develop the strategic direction for Athleta. The strategy team is responsible for defining and evolving the brand strategy, long-range plan, and annual operating plan as well as leading strategic initiatives and providing market and competitive intelligence. We also supporting our C-Level executives for key stakeholders meetings. In this role, you'll partner with brand leaders and stakeholders across the company. As a Senior Analyst, you will be reporting into the Head of Athleta Brand Strategy.

　　What You'll Do

　　Drive Athleta brand strategy, planning, and success.Activities include:Leading strategic initiatives in partnership with cross-functional partnersPerforming quantitative and qualitative analysis, including analyzing data, creating financial models, and develop business cases to support growth initiativesSynthesizing findings,developing a storyline and the supporting materials to communicate recommendations to Senior Management and Leadership TeamAssisting in development of brand strategy, long-range plans, and annual operating plansConducting research, identifying market/competitive/consumer insights and driving them into the brand strategyIdentifying key issues, structuring problems, developing and delivering on workplans that drive value creation across Gap Inc. brandsSupporting cross-functional business partners with analytical insights and problem solvingWho You Are

　　2-4+ years of professional work experience, preferably with experience in appareletail, strategy consulting, or private equity - with a focus on growth strategy, consumer & competitive insights, and financial modeling Demonstrated track record as an outstanding problem-solver and strategic thinker with the ability to quickly identify key issues and develop hypothesesAble to translate complex ideas and dispersed information into simple, actionable recommendationsStrong analytical skills, with ability to collect, organize and analyze large / complex data sets efficiently and effectivelyAble to work in the details and click-up a level to grasp the "big picture"Strong ability and willingness to collaborate effectively - a true team playerStrong written and oral communicatorBenefits at Athleta

　　Salary Range: $86,300 - $114,500 USD

　　Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
