Working in partnership with Human Resources Centers of Excellence ("COE's") and Corporate Affairs team, ensures that accurate and clear talent analytics and metrics are in place to tell full data-backed story in a consistent and centralized manner. Supports the effective implementation and rollout of projects and corporate HR initiatives across the organization.
Reports to Vice President, HR Strategy, Operations, and Inclusion.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Talent Analytics - Evaluates people related trends to conduct in-depth benchmarking, company and market trend research in support of HR global strategic initiatives. Develops data-driven, compelling business cases to support and prioritize HR initiatives. Partners with the Centers of Excellence on talent specific program evaluation and program outcome analyses, including recruiting, diversity, talent planning, and onboarding. Collects and organizes data across entities, develops reporting, auditing and maintenance of talent dashboards for key metrics (e.g. diversity, hiring, turnover, talent planning, TSM engagement, onboarding, etc.) on a regular basis. Creates analysis of data to recognize trends, draw insights and provide recommendations to key talent business stakeholders. Utilizes tools and technology for data visualization to tell stories and drive actionable insights. Develops compelling, logically structured presentations (including story-telling of research/analytics findings) that will be shared at the Talent and business leadership level (BOD, EMC, Corporate Sustainability Committee, D&I Council and Corporate Strategic Planning steering committee). Manages the data collection and analysis for our TSM Listening Program including Onboarding/Offboarding/Pulse surveys.
HR Project Management -In partnership with Senior Director, HR Operations, establishes project management standards in accordance with corporate PMO office. Ensures project and program solutions are practical to execute and integrated into functional operations. Supports the implementation of corporate HR initiatives working in partnership with HR leadership team.
Change Management - Partners with HR leaders to coordinate change management activities related to key HR organizational projects and initiatives. Serves as a change management resource for key strategic projects and initiatives within HR organization.
Participates in key projects and/or initiatives as required.

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
Typically 5 to 7 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience.
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Typically holds 1 or more industry certifications.
TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Travel typically less than 5%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
Typically, to advance to a new job level, TSMs must demonstrate professional behavior and should consistently be at the high-end of meets expectations or consistently exceed expectations.
The posted range for this position is $ 71,280 to $124,740 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
This position is eligible for a [bonus/incentive] not reflected in the posted range.
