Eaton's EPG LAC PQD Power Quality Division division is currently seeking a Senior Analyst Finance (Temporary).
What you'll do:
This position is directly responsible of oversees and coordinates all financial reporting for the division to ensure on-time and accurate reporting of the plants and the consolidated numbers. Produces detailed consolidated financial summaries and commentaries for actual and forecasts, highlighting the key performance aspects of the Division. Te employee will mentor and be a consultant to the plant controllers on reporting and analysis activities. You will also manage the LATAM Divisional headquarters budgets.

• Coordinates and is responsible for the preparation of the annual strategic plan and profit plan financials for the division.
• Provides financial analyses, interpretation of variances from budgets, and advice to management including analyses and forecasts to evaluate alternative courses of action.
• Works with the division controller to ensure compliance with US GAAP, Eaton policy and SOX requirements.
• Participates in projects and / or provides onsite support to plant controllers as required. This might include involvement in profit plan preparation, one-off analysis, SOX reviews, preparation of major CAR's etc.
• Analysis and perform on monthly forecast proceses & anual profit plan,
• Support on SAP system
• Support and organize E&O inventory process
• Prepare margin analysis by product line and by order in the case of special projects.
• Assist in account reconciliation to the Encore Finance system, with accurate and fully supported detail enabling Balance Sheet reviews.
• Prepare Landing Factor analysis.
• Prepare and Analyze Non conformance report.
• Active participation in continues improvements programs and committees.
• Kwonledge on SOX, USGAAP, Taxes, transfer Pricing."
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration or related field from an accredited institution required.
• Minimum of 5 years prior Accounting, Financial Cost administration positions experience in electrical industry; or related product and manufacturing environment.
Skills:
• Intermediate knowledge Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point). • Knowledge on: SAP & ENCORE systems. • The successful candidate must possess a vast knowledge of MEX/US GAAP and Mexico Fiscal Law basic requirements. • Must have basic level verbal and written English skills required. "
