　　Position Overview

　　As part of COO Finance Business Architects Team we are looking to build a new team to help accelerate time to insights by leveraging technology and business expertise to provide solutions for the rest of the organization. You will drive KPI definitions, enablement and tracking, dashboard design and enabling quick actionable insights to business performance.

　　Responsibilities

　　Partner closely with Sales, Sales Finance, Finance Analytics, and Central Data Teams to lead analytics projects end-to-end, leveraging the key steps of data analytics: requirement gathering, data acquisition (ETL), dashboard development, advanced analysis, presenting findings, driving to impactYou'll translate complex business requirements into a roadmap with key milestones and deliverablesDrive the definition, implementation and ongoing tracking of end to end key performance metricsDesign and develop dashboards, and insure that data is visualized and presented in a way that contributes to insights and clear communication with the businessDevelop clear articulation of business-relevant analysis from data for all levels - executive levels to granular reportsPresent to senior leaders within and outside the organization, telling a story with data

　　Minimum Qualifications

　　3-5 years relevant business experienceRequires a Bachelors degree, MS/MBA (nice to have)Proficient with SQL to perform data acquisition, segmentation, aggregation and insight generation from scratch from existing data sourcesExperience with BI/visualization packages such as PowerBi,Tableau, Business Objects, QlikviewApply analytics and systems thinking to analyze data, identify emerging trends and turn the data into actionable information/insightsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, including hypothesis-driven testing and root-cause analysis to understand drivers of process variationsAble to effectively interact and communicate with all levels of management and with users at all levels of technical/analytical expertiseDrive results through influence, partnership and cross functional teamsKnowledge of programming languages and stats packages (e.g. python, R, SAS, JMP)Experienced and comfortable applying appropriate statistical mathematical techniques (academic or practical)Outstanding communication skills with the ability to present the most relevant outcomes
