As a Senior Analyst, your main focus is delivering insights into how the company is performing against existing network agreements and how that performance ultimately influences the financials. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for formulating data-driven approaches to relay complex analytic findings and conclusions in a way that is easy to understand. As a crucial part of the team, you will support senior management with understanding results and enhancing the fact-based business intelligence needed to make informed decisions on pricing strategies.
- Performing regular data pulls and surveillance reporting for a portfolio of PBM clients to ensure pricing strategy is in compliance with contractual requirements
- Reviewing performance results, drug mix and utilization to identify opportunities to mitigate financial risk to the organization
- Contribute to collaboration efforts with other departments to develop analytic models, methodologies, and reports that support CVS Health agreements
- Collaborating with multiple departments to support the improvement and development of various processes
- Other ad hoc tasks and analyses focusing on financial impact
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in data manipulation and analysis (including collegiate studies)
- 1+ years of professional work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience extracting, manipulating, and analyzing large datasets with a variety of tools
- Knowledge of SAS or other statistical, database software, including STATA, SPSS, R, Python, or SQL
- Prior experience or knowledge of pharmaceuticals or health care industry
Education
College degree or equivalent work experience
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$43,700.00 - $100,000.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
