This role is a part of the Product Management and Lending organization, on the impactful Cash Back Product Management Team. The team is responsible for the development and management of product strategy, value propositions, marketing strategy, and P&L for the U.S. Consumer Cash Back portfolio, including Blue Cash Everyday, Blue Cash Preferred, Cash Magnet, and the legacy portfolio.
This Senior Analyst will play a critical role in core product management across the portfolio. They will monitor key metrics, develop customer and marketplace insights to guide decisions, manage day-to-day team functions, and define product marketing strategies across the portfolio. This individual will be required to work cross-functionally across the core team and with key internal partners, including Marketing, Finance, Analytics, Operational Excellence, Legal, and Compliance. With product updates and customer experience enhancements in the pipeline, it is an exciting time to join and contribute to this critical portfolio for the Blue Box.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate regularly with key collaborators to understand risks and opportunities (legal, compliance, finance, marketing, etc.)Develop a deep understanding of customer behaviors, segmentation, design targets and other marketing strategies across the entire portfolioOwn updates to marketing claims and terms & conditions across various projectsMaintain pulse on competitive environment and share useful insights with broader teamManage and own analytics pipeline tracking and prioritization across teamMonitor key financial/marketing metrics for cash back products, with responsibility to communicate resultsDevelop and own cash back product testing programChampion a customer-first mentality with cross-functional partners by helping to solve customer issues

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
