In the Americas AI Global Blackbelt team we are seeking a senior leader with a track-record of global business impact, dynamic public speaking, and polished executive presence to join our team.
The Senior AI Program Manager | Executive Engagement will partner with the company’s customer Experience Team to develop and implement a programmatic approach to post executive briefing engagements with customers. We are looking for a candidate that has a background in AI, the ability to convey key messages to both a technical and business C-level audience and have quantifiable experience working with executive teams across multiple industries and the globe to drive business impact and growth.
Responsibilities
Conduct in-person executive briefings on AI trends, customer and industry patterns and best practices.
Serve as an AI thought leader and share insights with internal and external stakeholders via multiple channels and mediums.
Build programs with internal teams to accelerate pre-sales motions and drive measurable business growth.
Construct and drive a global community of Chief AI Officers to share best practices and drive innovation and collaboration.
Enable and coach to scale across customer organizations to ignite internal CXO interactions and partnerships, including being the voice of the customer back into Microsoft.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
7+ years technology-related sales or account management experience selling
OR bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 6+ years’ technology-related sales or account management experience.
Experience working with executive teams to drive business growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years' experience working in AI
Background in Consultant role
Experience conducting CXO workshop.
Experience designing program for internal collaboration
Solution Area Specialists IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $122,400 - $216,500 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $166,100 - $235,000 per year.
