The Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager is a key role within our organization, responsible for leading and managing advanced manufacturing operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage advanced manufacturing operations to drive operational excellence and process optimization
Develop and implement advanced manufacturing strategies to enhance productivity and improve product quality
Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and achieve operational goals
Identify and implement advanced manufacturing technologies to drive innovation and cost efficiencies
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives
Analyze manufacturing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
U.S. Persons Requirement

YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Master's or Ph.D. preferred)
Extensive experience in advanced manufacturing engineering and process optimization
Strong knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing
Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvements
Excellent leadership and people management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
