The Job
Monolith Productions, a division of Warner Bros. Discovery, is currently looking for a talented Senior Advanced 3Cs Gameplay Designer to join our Wonder Woman team, where you will use your expertise to help us deliver a best-in-class superhero experience for our players. As a Senior Advanced Gameplay Designer, you will work closely with other designers, combat designers, UX designers, presentation artists, animators, camera artists, and more to help us deliver an exceptional experience.
The Daily
Drive the delivery of an intuitive response character controller, camera systems, and locomotion systems in a 3rd person superhero action game
Be a critical part of our design department, working closely with other designers, artists, animators, directors, and UR to deliver fun and exciting core player systems
Become a communication beacon for the team, sharing the vision for 3Cs systems and features
Reliably deliver features on time and with exceptional quality
Review the work of other designers and 3Cs contributors and provide actionable feedback
Mentor other designers
Be the advocate for the team, knowing the strengths of all members and using that knowledge to bring out the best in them
The Essentials
A proven track record of 3Cs design in AA or AAA games
Experienced gameplay designer with in depth knowledge of character, control, and camera systems
Experienced at guiding features from concept, through prototyping and iteration phases, and into players' hands
Strong understanding of different areas of the production pipeline (e.g. design, animation, presentation, etc.) and how they work and come together to create
Must enjoy working in a friendly and inclusive team environment and have the ability to give and receive constructive feedback
The Nice to Haves
Experience in a leadership role is a strong plus
Good knowledge of user experience and accessibility is a plus
Passion for the Wonder Woman IP

The Legal Bits…
In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $112,000.00 - $208,000.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
