What You Will Do
We are seeking a high impact individual with exceptional organizational and administrative skills to support the administrative team in provide support for the PGIM Real Estate office in Newark. The expectation is to work from the office a minimum of 3 days a week with two virtual workdays. Additional days in the office could be required if needed for coverage.
What You Can Expect
Provide exceptional administrative support including (but not limited to) scheduling and calendar management, travel bookings, and expense management.Facilitate and coordinate on and off-site meetings and video conference calls - including, but not limited to creating agendas, organizing materials, and managing logistics. Review, reconcile and submit various reports (Travel, Expense, Gift and Entertainment) with required detail and accuracy. Ensure all submissions comply and adhere with corporate policies. Maintain trade association memberships and subscriptions. Support the onboarding of new staff members which includes securing building access, system access, equipment, corporate credit cards, etc.Submit requests for current employees for system access and/or website access.Assist teams in staying informed and adhere to corporate record management, retention, and destruction policies. Coordinate offsite records' storage including shipments offsite, retrieval, and destruction.Coordinate with and support the Technology team with system upgrades and issues that arise.Work with the Newark administrative team members and provide support to handle multiple requests as needed to manage incoming work/work volumes.Provide coverage for reception desk when/if needed for external visitors or business meetings.
What You Will Bring
4+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environmentA mastery of all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook).A high degree of professionalism and strong work ethic coupled with a sense of responsibility and integrity.Discretion required in handling highly sensitive and confidential information in a respectful and confidential manner.Strong initiative, self-motivation, good judgement, and the ability to multi-task.Solid partnering skills and team player a must.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Solid editing and proofreading skills and an attention to detailAbility to think proactively and anticipate needs.Ability to work under tight time constraints and be able to prioritize work.Ability to work well with and partner with other administrative and professional staff.
What Will Set You Apart
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related fieldAbility to travel occasionally.Flexibility to work overtime on an as needed basis.

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $68,000 to $75,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
