WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are hiring a Sr Administrative Assistant to support two NA Supply Chain Operations and Logistics Sr. Directors.
We're looking for a Senior Administrative Assistant who has a proven ability to work in a highly ambiguous, fast-paced environment. Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks are critical. You have the ability to take initiative, follow-through on requests until completion, and use a keen attention to detail. You are excited to take on new challenges, grow your skills and be constantly challenged as a part of the team.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You'll perform a wide range of administrative duties, including complex calendar management, booking travel, coordinating meetings and events, producing, editing and reformatting documents and correspondence; preparing expense reports and purchase orders; updating organizational charts; coordinating department or equipment moves; and providing support to a large diverse team of people with a variety of management styles.
This opportunity also involves using your computer skills to create high quality graphic and text PowerPoint or Keynote presentations often under tight timeframes. In addition, you'll prepare special reports requiring the selection of relevant information from a variety of sources, incorporating that information into complex Excel spreadsheets. You may also be required to maintain ongoing reports or databases, department websites, shared drives and SharePoint sites.
This role will include event and workshop organization with large groups and senior leaders, creating branded digital and physical items on a regular basis and will have the opportunity to take on larger projects over time.
The role will contribute to the onboarding experience of new teammates by assisting with the execution of administrative tasks such as IT asset assignment and pertinent system access.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
As our Senior Administrative Assistant, you will directly support two Supply Chain Operations Sr. Directors. You will be a key member of the Operations leadership team, frequently engaging with team members at all levels and functions, helping to create and maintain a positive working culture rooted in our Nike values.
WHAT YOU BRING
High school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum of 3 years of administrative work experience requiredAbility to work and communicate effectively with a variety of personalities including senior level executivesProven ability to work in an ambiguous, fast-paced team environment with sometimes varying working hoursProven ability to organize, prioritize and appropriately handle highly confidential and sensitive informationExperience creating high-quality presentations using PowerPoint is requiredHighly Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word; Box, ZoomProficient in Slack, ConfluenceAbility to take initiative, follow-through on requests until completion, and use a keen attention to detailWillingness to learn and grow new skillsExperience working with budgets is strongly preferredPrevious Nike work experience is a plusAbility to occasionally work outside of core business hours
