In this role, you will:Support performance of less experienced Administrative Assistance staff and overall effectiveness of team in performing moderately complex to complex administrative tasksBe responsible for compiling information, preparing moderately complex reports, and balancing routine general ledger lines or expense accountsPerform complex administrative, transactional, operational, or customer support tasksProvide a high level of professional support which includes a balance of more experienced level administrative work as well as ongoing ad hoc and project or business initiatives such as planning meetings, tracking deliverables and pulling routine reportsAssist with selectively referring callers, and answering questions regarding business unit policies and proceduresProvide subject matter expertise and interpretation of administrative procedures to less experienced staffProvide administrative supervision and support to managers in the areas of reporting, customer or business documentationInteract with immediate Administrative Assistant team, functional area, and internal peers regarding routine administrative tasksSupport more experienced level leaders with daily administrative tasks and interact with more experienced leaders across the organizationRequired Qualifications, US:
4+ years of Administrative Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are importantAdvanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access) skillsAbility to prepare management level presentationsExperience supporting multiple managers with calendar management, travel arrangements, scheduling of meetings and eventsAbility to manage multiple and competing prioritiesAbility to communicate confidentially and professionally Strong attention to detail and accuracy skillsExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to work in a fast paced deadline driven environmentAbility to handle confidential material in a professional mannerAbility to provide strong customer service while actively listening and responding in an appropriate mannerAbility to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find informationStrong project management skillsAbility to be proactive and anticipate business needsAbility to work across organizations and with diverse personalities with the willingness to track down answers and find solutionsExperience supporting multiple managers onsite and/or virtuallyExperience supporting various business initiatives and projectsDemonstrated experience working with Audio and Video Conferencing, to include experience with Microsoft, Skype and ZoomExperience planning, organizing, and overseeing team, department, and special events such as All Hands meeting, Recognition meetings, staff meetings, etc.Job Expectations:Employees support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company.
