Senior Activation Manager, Global Influencer Marketing
Reporting to the Global Influencer Marketing Director

Mission:
This role supports the Director, Global Influencer Marketing in leading local PR & Influence activations across Fragrance and Make-Up categories working closely with Global Brand & Communication teams and Markets to drive reach and engagement for the beauty license.
The Senior Activation Manager requires the ability to work closely with direct manager based in Paris offices, and to liaise and communicate internally with various departments, such as Marketing, Trade Marketing, Media & Digital teams on top of key license contacts.
Responsibilities:
Lead the local execution of global PR and Influencer marketing activities including: Influencer campaigns PR events Editorials / Native PR events Podium /Retailer activations Provide local guidelines and operational tools such as trackers/calendars/timelines for markets to execute global brand & communication strategy and facilitate communication with license house. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to lead the execution of a variety of influencer marketing projects Drive global agency and maintain interaction with local PR and Influencer Marketing teams Manage Fashion House and multi-functional team alignment and approval processes Oversee day-to-day budget management and supplier payments Track, analyze, and monitor monthly print press, digital & influencers coverage results, identifying key insights to optimize brand strategy Maintain a strong understanding of competitor activity and activity within the competitive beauty landscape
Skills & experience required:
Bachelor's degree 7+ years of relevant beauty Influencer Marketing and PR experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate across the organization at all levels Strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority and attention to details Excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt well to change and multi-task Ability to demonstrate tact and discretion in preparing, disclosing and handling information of a confidential nature Demonstrate out-of-the-box thinking in approaching new and innovative ways of executing Has an enthusiasm to proactively present learnings and suggest new ideas Experience working within a global scope Hard-working, self-motivated and passionate about the beauty industry Knowledge of the media landscape in China Proficiency in English
