Broadridge is growing! We're seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team for a Remote-Hybrid position (2 days in-office) in our Edgewood, NY location. In this role, you will collaborate with various Customers/Partners, including our external customers and our internal team members, ranging from: Sales & Client Services, Finance Operations, Revenue Accounting, Tax, and Legal teams. This role will require heavy contact and communication with both internal and external customers on a daily basis to: ensure timely collection of accounts receivable, research action issues, partner with internal teams to manage client needs and resolve client issues, and collaborate as needed for process improvement.

Responsibilities:Development of relationships with portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. Liaison between clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of invoices, responses to client inquiries, requests, requirements, and coordination of payment of invoices based on established payment termsResolve customer escalations in a timely and efficient mannerNegotiate settlements within assigned guidelinesCreate and generate analytics by using mathematical analysis, judgment and business knowledge to create recommended sub ledger activity and other financial transactionsPropose sub ledger entries, reserves, and reconciliation of cash deposits leveraging multiple internal and external systems, as well as reviewing/evaluating current circumstances, applying business knowledge, and exercising judgment based upon current conditions and perceived riskResearch and provide direction on complex issues with internal partners and responding to customer, client, and/or internal client requests via telephone and/or email by evaluating available information, including client contract specifics, and offering recommendations to those issues and at times implementing solutionsAssessing financial risk and minimize the organization's and clients' exposure or liabilities by recommending and implementing solutions to minimize the identified risksAssist in establishing key controls and/or other solutions to management, writing narratives for new processes, implementing any necessary processes to support the designed controls and ensuring controls are met by junior staffRequirements:Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field3-5 year's experience in Accounts Receivable preferredExpertise in integrated Oracle EBS preferred; Oracle Advanced Collections experience a plusAdvanced knowledge of MS ExcelGood verbal and written communication skillsExcellent analytical skills and an eye for detailStrong time and people management skillsAbility to work to strict deadlinesThe salary range for this position is between $72,000 - $77,000 annual.Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
