Key Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis:
Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support business decisions.
Evaluate financial performance against key metrics and benchmarks.
Provide insights into trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Reporting and Compliance:
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and disclosures.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and manage budgets.
Assist in the forecasting process to support long-term financial planning.
Monitor actual performance against budgeted and forecasted figures.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvement within the finance function.
Streamline financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Implement best practices in financial analysis and reporting.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant financial information.
Communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
Work closely with auditors during financial audits.

Requirements
BS in Accounting or Finance
3-5+ years of GAAP accounting experience
Variance analysis experience
Comprehensive knowledge of journal entries
Adeptness in forecasting & modeling
Command of bank reconciliations
Month end closings experience preferred
Proficiency in Ledger Reconciliations
Observant, accurate and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Dedication and requisite skills to meet critical business deadline
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Skilled with ERP systems
Self-starter with efficient time management and organizational skills
